The Engineer, Water Resources supports safe, effective, and compliant water management across the Gibraltar Mine site by leading site-wide water balance modeling and identifying operational water needs and risks. The role involves coordinating short- and long-term water management plans, supporting freshet preparedness, and ensuring regulatory commitments are met. This position requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage capital planning for water projects.
