Engineer

The Engineer is responsible for performing maintenance and repair duties both inside and outside the building, ensuring all operations align with departmental policies. The role involves troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, as well as maintaining commercial kitchen equipment and responding to maintenance requests. This position requires effective communication with guests and staff while working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
