Engineer

This role involves responding to guest repair requests and performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment while ensuring all work meets company and local codes. The position requires advanced troubleshooting of hotel MEP systems, utilizing lockout/tagout procedures, and maintaining thorough knowledge of building systems and emergency response protocols. Additionally, the role includes supervisory responsibilities in the absence of management and the ability to train and mentor other engineering staff.
