Engineering academy

This is an intensive three-month learning track for engineers within the Enexis Engineering Academy, combining two days of classroom theory with on-the-job training under a senior engineer. Participants develop skills in low, medium, and public voltage networks while creating uniform engineering drawings and eventually managing small projects independently. Upon successful completion, the contract converts to a permanent position with continued mentorship.
