About this role

A hands-on engineering role within Lilly’s Discovery Technology and Platforms (Frontier AI) focused on integrating agentic AI with physical laboratory systems to accelerate molecule discovery. The position centers on building and productionizing connective infrastructure between AI planning systems and lab automation to enable closed-loop experimental execution and improve DMTA cycle times. The role partners across scientific and automation teams and represents the group externally in research and vendor engagements.
