About this role

The Engineering Analyst will lead Lean transformation initiatives and improve production processes for vehicle reconditioning, measuring performance, managing projects, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to enhance efficiency and support rapid growth. The role involves developing metrics, designing layouts, and driving continuous improvement using Lean tools.

Responsibilities

Measure and analyze production performance using throughput, quality, cost, and safety metrics
Lead Lean transformation initiatives and drive continuous improvement across production
Design and improve production processes and facility layouts using CAD and data-driven recommendations
Own end‑to‑end production projects including scoping, budgeting, vendor coordination, and timeline tracking
Develop standardized work, conduct time‑and‑motion studies, and establish staffing models as volume scales
