Engineering and Planning Division Supervisor

This position supervises the Engineering and Planning Division and serves as the Department’s Project Manager for large design and construction projects exceeding $100 million. The role requires significant coordination with stakeholders, public advocacy groups, and government agencies to manage highly controversial and environmentally sensitive projects. The incumbent is responsible for environmental management, regulatory compliance, and exercising supervisory responsibility for four engineering positions.
