Engineering Apprentice

This four-year apprenticeship programme at Molson Coors is designed to develop future engineering technicians and engineers by providing tailored on-the-job training and college study. Apprentices will maintain complex brewing and packaging equipment, support engineering projects, and work towards nationally recognised qualifications like a BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Engineering. The role involves rotating through departments at the Burton Brewery while receiving mentorship from in-house specialists.
