Engineering Apprentice

This 4-year Engineering Apprenticeship program provides technical knowledge, practical skills, and workplace experience to build a career as a multi-skilled engineer in a manufacturing environment. The role involves a combination of college study and site-based practical training, leading to a Level 3 Mechatronics Maintenance Technician apprenticeship and a Level 4 HNC top-up. Participants will gain hands-on experience in mechanical, electrical, and automation skills while supporting maintenance and continuous improvement activities.
