Engineering Change Officer

This role involves managing the engineering change process for the DDG Combat System Upgrade, ensuring all proposed design and configuration changes are correctly captured, assessed, and incorporated into the program's baseline documentation. The position requires administering formal change control processes, coordinating Change Control Board activities, and assessing the impact of changes on performance, cost, and schedule. It also includes maintaining configuration status accounting records and supporting key milestone reviews.
