Engineering Claims Handler

This role involves handling a mixture of high and low value Engineering claims, both in the UK and overseas, while maintaining and enhancing business connections. The position requires preparing detailed case management plans, reports, and witness statements, as well as instructing and controlling forensic scientists and other experts. The role also includes calculating and agreeing claim settlements, communicating with all interested parties, and ensuring high-quality service delivery to internal and external customers.
