Engineering Co-op – Jumpstart Program

Carrier is seeking a motivated college student to join the Heat Transfer Group as a part-time intern for the Fall of 2026. The role involves supporting laboratory test rigs, applying engineering software for data analysis, and developing heat transfer correlations for HVAC&R equipment. Interns will gain practical experience in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and system-level simulations within the Mechanical Center of Excellence.
