Sartori Cheese
The Engineering CO-OP supports the Engineering group through data collection, analysis, production support, and improvement projects at the Sartori Whey location. This full-time role involves conducting time studies, performing CAD work, analyzing production metrics, and assisting with capital projects from late May/early June 2027 through December 2027. The position offers an opportunity to learn about various production line processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.
