Engineering Department Manager

This role manages the operation and administration of the Engineering Department to ensure all hotel structures, furnishings, and equipment are optimally functional and aesthetically pleasing. The position involves overseeing maintenance operations, implementing policies, and managing the preventative maintenance program for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and other systems. The manager is responsible for budget preparation, staff supervision, safety compliance, and coordinating with other departments to maintain property standards.
