Engineering Director, Focal Therapies

The Engineering Director, Focal Therapies leads the strategy, design, development, and verification of new and derivative complex robotic platforms and medical instruments within Intuitive's Future Forward organization. This role involves taking full ownership of end-to-end technical development from early concept through launch while managing multiple cross-functional teams of managers and engineers. The position focuses on addressing significant unmet patient needs by integrating emerging technologies into next-generation robotic-assisted surgery solutions.
