Engineering Director

The Engineering Director provides executive leadership and strategic oversight for the MEP department, guiding complex engineering projects and leading the team to ensure operational excellence and technical integrity. This role involves driving performance, developing talent, strengthening cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring the successful delivery of MEP services across all business units. The position requires managing the department's P&L, overseeing multidisciplinary coordination, and serving as the firmwide technical authority for all MEP engineering matters.
