Engineering & Facilities Manager

This role manages all engineering and maintenance operations for the physical plant, ensuring safety, security, and asset protection while overseeing budget and capital expenditure projects. The position is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, implementing energy conservation measures, and leading the emergency response team for facility issues. The incumbent will also direct preventative maintenance programs and coordinate with contractors to complete renovation or new construction projects within budget.
