Engineering Head

The Engineering Head leads the engineering and maintenance function for the site, ensuring optimum equipment reliability, availability, and lifecycle performance while establishing engineering standards and governance processes. This role oversees greenfield project handover, operational readiness, and maintenance excellence initiatives, including TPM deployment and reliability-centered maintenance practices. The position requires strong leadership to build a high-performing team, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement and safety compliance across all plant assets.
