Regional Center of Orange County (RCOC) is a nonprofit regional center in California that serves people with developmental disabilities and their families across Orange County. RCOC provides eligibility determination, service coordination and case management, referrals to community resources, and support planning across the lifespan — from early intervention to employment, residential, and independent-living services. Working with families, service providers, and state agencies, the center helps plan and fund individualized supports, advocate for rights, and promote community inclusion and quality of life.
