USA Rare Earth is seeking a motivated Engineering Intern to support engineering and manufacturing initiatives for next-generation rare earth magnet production. This role provides hands-on exposure to real-world engineering challenges in a fast-paced startup environment focused on rebuilding the U.S. domestic supply chain for critical minerals. The intern will work alongside technical teams to gain practical experience in process development, manufacturing optimization, and materials analysis.
