About this role
An eight-week Engineering internship at NatWest designed to immerse penultimate-year university students in real engineering work across digital and product teams. The programme uses agile ways of working to provide exposure to cross-functional projects, mentoring, and networking, and can lead to a place on the Engineering graduate programme upon successful completion. Interns learn about NatWest Digital X and Engineering’s role across Retail, Wealth, and Corporate functions while developing practical engineering skills.
