About this role

The Engineering Lab Planner supports the Lab Portfolio Manager by developing and maintaining long-range plans for lab resources in a technically complex environment. This role partners cross-functionally with project teams to translate demand into executable capacity plans for test cells, technicians, and specialized tools. The planner identifies constraints, recommends tradeoffs, and escalates risks to protect project milestones and ensure efficient lab utilization.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain long-range lab resource plans
Build resource-loaded schedules accounting for technical constraints
Identify capacity conflicts and recommend mitigation options
Maintain lab resource catalog for planning accuracy
Present lab capacity and schedule health to leadership

Qualifications
