Engineering Leader, Mobile Capture

This role leads the engineering organization responsible for Hover's mobile capture experience across iOS, Android, and React Native, focusing on camera-based scanning, 3D modeling, and property inspection workflows. The position involves setting technical direction, balancing near-term delivery with long-term architectural investments, and partnering closely with Product and Design teams. The leader will drive reliability, performance, and developer velocity while managing a team of engineers and engineering managers.
