Engineering Leader

Corning’s Photonics Connectivity Solutions business is seeking an experienced engineering leader to establish and scale manufacturing technologies, process capabilities, and equipment platforms for advanced optical connectivity products. This role involves developing assembly processes, equipment strategies, automation roadmaps, metrology solutions, and manufacturing readiness capabilities while leading a high-performing team. The position requires collaboration with global engineering teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers to ensure product solutions are manufacturable, measurable, reliable, and scalable.
