About this role

The Engineering Leadership Development Program immerses high-potential recent graduates in three 12-month rotations across Manufacturing, Design, and Technology engineering functions at Genie. Participants gain a fundamental understanding of engineering operations through hands-on experience in product design, manufacturing optimization, and new technology development. The program provides intensive coaching, mentoring, and cross-functional exposure to prepare candidates for full-time engineering placements.

Responsibilities

Complete three 12-month rotations through manufacturing and design engineering functions
Support efficient manufacturing operations by resolving line escalation issues and optimizing processes
Lead development of new product technology or robotic features for lift products
