Responsibilities

Lead the Engineering Leadership Organization and report to the Foundational Systems Engineering Director
Oversee staffing, training, and process frameworks for all programs in the business unit portfolio
Drive proactive risk identification and mitigation to protect schedule integrity and technical excellence
Partner with senior leaders to recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent
Guide the creation of technical specifications and oversee major design reviews
