Engineering Leadership

This role leads the engineering function across Brockville, Ontario, and Plattsburgh, New York, to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations focused on the rail segment. The position is responsible for owning engineering standards, process control, launch readiness, and technical problem-solving while developing the engineering team to ensure consistent execution and measurable results. Key objectives include reducing standard hours, improving process documentation, decreasing defects, and enhancing equipment reliability through engineering-driven initiatives. The role also involves supporting strategic planning, cost reduction, and cross-functional collaboration to drive productivity and profitability.
