Airtable is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the AI Product engineering team that builds user-facing AI experiences and agents inside Airtable. The role drives the roadmap for AI features, leverages Airtable’s AI Platform to ship capabilities that automate workflows and surface insights, and partners with Product and Design to deliver delightful user experiences. This position is based in San Francisco or New York City and expects hybrid in-office collaboration ~2-3 times/week.
