The Engineering Manager (internal title: Lead Software Engineer) will lead a new Application Modernization Platform team to design and deliver a build-once, run-anywhere platform that enables secure deployment of modernization tools into restrictive enterprise environments. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role responsible for shaping the platform foundation and infrastructure, driving technical strategy, and collaborating with product and security teams. The role is based in Gurugram and supports a hybrid working model.
