About this role

The Engineering Manager of Arc Vehicle Software at Inversion leads the development, integration, and deployment of core flight and ground software for next-generation hypersonic reentry vehicles. Reporting to the Chief Engineer, this role oversees end-to-end software release cycles, manages a team of engineers, and collaborates across technical domains to ensure high-reliability systems for national security and commercial logistics applications.

Responsibilities

Lead daily operations and scheduling for the Arc Software team
Own delivery and deployment of flight and ground control software
Oversee architecture implementation of vehicle-level state machines
Manage software-in-the-loop and hardware-in-the-loop testing
Drive real-time troubleshooting and rapid issue resolution
