Engineering Manager (Capital Projects)

The Capital Projects Engineering Manager leads the engineering team and manages the end-to-end capital project process at the Barnard Castle manufacturing site. This role is responsible for delivering the site capital plan, managing a £25m-£50m annual budget, and ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standards within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.
