This role is an Engineering Manager position within Theodo’s technical team in Paris, working closely with tech leads, architects, and the CTO/VP Engineering. The mission is to ensure the quality and robustness of digital products, drive client technical sponsor satisfaction, and support tech leads’ growth and thought leadership. The Engineering Manager also contributes to Theodo’s technical positioning, team organization, and systems evolution within a fast-growing, lean-driven tech group.
