Engineering Manager - Charges

The Engineering Manager - Charges will manage the technical aspects of engineering programmes for Charges products, serving as the focal point for technical queries and the delegated authority for safety and security. This role involves leading a diverse team of engineers and scientists to design, develop, test, and manufacture charge system products for the global defence industry. The position requires maintaining team capability through competency training and providing engineering governance within the Integrated Delivery Team.
