Engineering Manager, Core Product Engine (Backend)

Jerry.ai is seeking a backend engineer to evolve its core automation systems into a robust, fault-tolerant framework capable of scaling across dozens of insurance categories. The role involves leading the refactoring of tightly coupled legacy systems into a decoupled, scalable architecture while utilizing an AI-first approach for future internal tools. As a key member of the Core Backend Team, you will work closely with the co-founder to orchestrate complex, multi-step transactions with external providers.
