Engineering Manager (Data)

DATAPAO is seeking an Engineering Manager (Data) to lead and mentor a team of 5-6 consultants, focusing on data engineering, ML/MLOps, and cloud migration projects for EMEA customers. The role involves a split between team management and hands-on project delivery, with a goal to grow the data engineering and AI team from approximately 40 to 65 members over the next 12-18 months. This position offers the opportunity to shape the team's culture and contribute to the company's expansion in Spain.
