Headway is hiring Engineering Managers to lead Growth-focused engineering teams (Provider Growth and Patient Growth) that build systems to help providers and patients discover and access mental healthcare. The role is a hands-on leadership position responsible for people development, strategic planning, and shaping technical systems and processes that enable rapid experimentation and long-term scale. This role partners closely with product, design, marketing, data, and RevOps to influence growth strategy and improve access to care across Headway’s platform.
