Engineering Manager- Hardware

The Engineering Manager- Hardware leads a multidisciplinary engineering organization responsible for the development, industrialization, launch, and lifecycle management of complex electrical and electromechanical products. This role provides leadership across Electrical, Mechanical, Embedded/Firmware, Systems, and Verification and Validation teams, driving execution from concept through production while meeting quality, schedule, cost, and regulatory commitments. The position requires strong expertise in systems engineering, new product introduction (NPI), and manufacturing readiness, with a preference for experience in inverters, distributed energy resources (DER), and grid-connected products.
