Wayve is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead an Indexing Team in Sunnyvale responsible for building and scaling indexing and search systems over a large multimodal video corpus. The role focuses on enabling discoverability and retrieval to support ML training, data curation, and evaluation, while defining technical direction and team structure. You will initially hire and manage a small engineering team and grow the capability as index-driven workflows expand.
