About this role
Hover is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Infrastructure and Security team, owning the platform that enables product and research engineers to ship code safely and reliably. The role combines hands-on engineering (contributing to tooling and platform code) with first-level people leadership, product-minded infrastructure ownership, and responsibility for core security domains. You will partner across Engineering, Research, Legal, and Compliance to operationalize ML/CV workloads and improve developer experience as systems scale.
