Mode Mobile is hiring a Technical Lead / Engineering Manager to lead the engineering function for NGL, a high-traffic Gen‑Z social product used by millions. The role combines hands-on engineering with team leadership to translate product goals into reliable, scalable systems and drive platform evolution. You will partner closely with Product and cross-functional teams, own engineering strategy and delivery, and scale core systems while growing a high-performing engineering team.
