Engineering Manager of the Propulsion Test Stands & Ground Systems Engineering (PTSG)

The Engineering Manager will lead the Propulsion Test Stands & Ground Systems Engineering (PTSGSE) team in Durango, CO, overseeing the design, development, and sustainment of test stand hardware, ground support equipment, and facility infrastructure for hypergolic propulsion testing. The role acts as the engineering interface to Test Operations and other functions and occasionally provides hands-on operational support to inform safer, more maintainable, and higher-performing designs. This position supports multi-site project planning and long-range infrastructure initiatives while ensuring engineering outputs meet safety, quality, and operational requirements.
