Engineering Manager - Offshore Subsea Project - Pkg 2

The Engineering Manager will lead and manage all engineering activities for ADNOC offshore projects, overseeing multidisciplinary teams through FEED, detailed engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start‑up phases. The role provides technical leadership, ensures compliance with standards, and coordinates with project management, procurement, and construction stakeholders to deliver safe, on‑schedule, and on‑budget solutions.
