About this role
The Engineering Manager for Platform Foundations (AWS) will lead and own the technical strategy and roadmap for Ebury’s core AWS infrastructure, ensuring resilience, compliance, scalability, and cost efficiency. The role manages and mentors engineers and tech leads, oversees delivery and operational readiness, and acts as the technical authority for platform integration across new subsidiaries and M&A. The manager will also handle relationships with internal and external audit bodies and enable platform adoption across the organisation.
