The Engineering Manager – Policy Servicing leads the people, systems, and processes that operate and evolve TAL’s Policy Servicing technology platforms, including PAS, Life400, CLOAS, and EthIL/ILSA. This role oversees eight Engineering and Support Leads to ensure platform availability, manage technology risk, and drive the transition to DevOps and DevSecOps ways of working. The position also supports the adoption of AI-enabled development practices and aligns technology capability with the company's long-term strategic direction.
