About this role
An Engineering Manager at Apotek Hjärtat leads the tech team for Customer Logistics and Supply Chain, working with product owners, architects and other leaders to enable delivery of critical IT services. The role combines operational and strategic responsibilities, coaching teams and driving people processes to improve motivation, development and delivery. This is a one-year parental-leave temporary position based in Solna with full-time hours and some possibility to work remotely.
