This role leads the end-to-end development of MOPO’s battery and solar hub hardware that underpins its off-grid energy network across Sub-Saharan Africa. Based in Sheffield and working closely with the CEO, it oversees multi-disciplinary hardware–software programs from concept to production and field operations. The position sits at the intersection of engineering and operations, ensuring products are delivered on time, at quality, and perform reliably in challenging markets.
