The Site Engineering Manager is the senior engineering leader responsible for safe, reliable, and compliant operation of a high-hazard methyl methacrylate (MMA) chemical manufacturing site. This role leads the engineering function including reliability, capital project execution, maintenance, and plant overhaul planning and serves as a member of the site leadership team to sustain asset integrity and drive continuous improvement.
