Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager leads a multidisciplinary team of supervisors, engineers, and technicians at Moog's Salt Lake City Circuit Card Assembly plant, driving technical excellence, process reliability, and on-time delivery for circuit card assembly production. This role focuses on maximizing yield and throughput for SMT, through-hole, and test processes while maintaining strict quality and ESD controls within a lean, continuous-improvement culture. The position involves overseeing process optimization, root-cause investigations, and cross-functional collaboration to support new product introductions and customer engagements.
