Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager leads and grows the Data Science group, which develops security and safety AI models and the underlying data platform for Alice. This hands-on leadership role involves setting technical direction, managing a multidisciplinary team of ML engineers, data scientists, and software engineers, and ensuring the delivery of real-time inference, GenAI safety tools, and a robust data platform. The position focuses on building a high-performing team while driving excellence in engineering practices and system reliability.
