Engineering Manager

The Engineering Manager provides agency-wide leadership for all engineering functions at Tampa Bay Water, serving as the engineering authority responsible for establishing standards and ensuring technical quality. This role manages a multidisciplinary team of licensed professional engineers and directs the planning, design, construction, and operation of water supply facilities. The position involves strategic oversight of capital projects, asset management, and system performance while collaborating with internal departments, regulatory agencies, and external consultants.
